Renewal Policy for Monthly Subscriptions

Payment is charged at the beginning of your subscription. If your payment is declined, we will attempt to charge the payment three days later. If second attempt does not clear the subscription will be canceled and service will be suspended.

You can manage your billing by logging in to your ScanPower account and going to: Settings -> Account Until you cancel, billing will continue automatically each month.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your automatic monthly subscription from renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to https://unity.scanpower.com and going to Settings -> Account -> Subscriptions, and selecting the “I do not wish to be charged for any subscriptions at this point” option, and clicking the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire thirty (30) days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions require a one-year commitment and full payment up front to qualify for the discounted rate. Annual accounts cancelled prior to the end of the subscription period are terminated beginning on the next Billing Cycle Date for the account and you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any payments.

At the end of the annual subscription period, the account will automatically default to a monthly subscription unless you submit a request to remain on an annual billing cycle.
